MONDAY

Upfest 2015: Street & Grafitti Art Festival

Europe’s largest and free Street Art & Graffiti festival, featuring 250 local, national and international artists plus lots of free activities for kids.

Farm Holiday Club: Windmill Hill City Farm

Great outdoor fun session with the farm’s experienced team. Pond dipping, animal care, gardening, cooking and more. For age 6 – 9 years.

TUESDAY

Family Storytelling: Arnolfini Café Bar

Every Tuesday, storytellers will amaze, make you giggle and provide a morning of fun. Meet in the Café Bar and follow us to our storytelling space where you’ll listen to stories from beautiful books. Suitable for ages 2-4 years.

Rock Animals: Stonebury Learning Forest School

Summer Activities: Blaise Castle House Museum

Arts, crafts, storytelling and more. For all ages but particularly aimed at ages 7 – 13.

Puzzle Island: Windmill Hill City Farm

Lots of fun adventures with the Play Rangers in the farm’s outdoor play area. For all ages.

Marky Jay Kids Show: Zion Community Art Space – Weds 29th

Join Marky Jay and Professor Chimpington for two mornings of magic and mayhem! Bring the kids along for a fantastic hour of entertainment at Zion. Suitable for ages 4+ but all welcome, show starts promptly at 10.30am, cafe open all day.

Origami Animals: Lawrence Weston Community Farm

Have a go at making origami animals. All ages – little ones will need help.

Bee Hotels: Dyrham Park

Make mason bee hotels to take home to hang up and encourage bees to visit.

Kids Bike Workshop: Lawrence Weston Community Farm

Learn how to fix your bike, how to use tools and make improvements. Bring your bike along and learn how to fix punctures, adjust brakes, gears and more! Tools, materials and friendly expert guidance provided. Suitable for kids 8+.

Mini Beast Magic: On the Downs & Bristol Zoo

Event for kids aged 8 – 12 years. A mini beast safari spotting the little creatures that live on the Downs. In the afternoon kids can get crafty creating a marvellous mini beast pop-up book.
