On Christmas Eve from 1 – 2pm families are invited to come along to enjoy some festive fun in Kingswood Park.

A Santa in the Park and Singalong has been organised by the Friends of Kingswood Park, a local community organisation which aims to improve the park and make it a thriving community space.

The event will include the singing of cheerful Christmas songs – certain to get everyone in the mood on the big day if they are not already!

Children and families will also be able to enjoy seeing the park decorated with Santas – all of which have been brought to the park throughout December by  other local families.

New Santas can also be brought along to the event and fixed to the railings or trees to create a festive look!

The Santa can be made by children or can simply be a picture of Santa from a magazine and children and families are also invited to leave a festive message along with their Santa.

The Santa in the Park and Singalong is an annual event organised by the FOKP and previous years have seen Kingswood Park being decorated by some particularly creative Santas!

Refreshments will also be available at the event.
