On Saturday 3rd March there will be a post-baby abdominal and pelvic floor healing and return to exercise workshop with FeelGood Fitness.
In the workshop we will be looking at what happens to your abdominals and pelvic floor during pregnancy and birth and how they can be restored through nutrition and movement. There will chance to get your tummy tested for any separation. We will then look at everyday exercises you can start to do at home to slowly build back up to your normal routine. Included will be a booklet with all the information covered. There will also be exclusive discounts to classes and private sessions.
