If you have a child aged 10-13 years of age, don’t miss out on these exciting new workshops!

On the first Monday of every month from October to December, professional performers at Tobacco Factory Theatres will be sharing their performance skills with young people in three different Take It On classes.

Here are the details:

Monday 5 October; 4.15pm – 5.45pm

CALLING ALL COMEDIANS!
Learn specialist skills in comedy and the secrets to bringing laughter to an audience. Work with a professional comedian to pick up the tricks of the trade, and make your friends and family helpless with laughter!

Monday 2 November; 4.15pm – 5.45pm

STAGE COMBAT SKILLS
Get to grips with stage combat skills. Train in specialised techniques designed to create the illusion of physical combat whilst staying perfectly safe!

Monday 7 December; 4.15pm – 5.45pm

RUN AWAY TO THE CIRCUS!
Run away with the circus and learn some new skills! Master the art of clowning and physical circus entertainment. Lions not included!

Each Take It On classes costs just £3 per session. Young people can either sign up for all three workshops or just the one that tickles their fancy.

Places are limited though, so early booking is recommended!
