Kids Guitar Club Bristol is a group of young guitarists that learn the instrument through fun, relaxed and cost-effective group sessions.  

Lessons are held in The Hub, Waterlillies, BS11 0GJ, with a brand new 6-week course beginning on Saturday 9th November. Starting at 9.30am, classes are 45 minutes and are aimed at children aged between 4-11+.  

Teacher Jonathan Westhorp is a professional guitarist and guitar teacher with over 15 years experience, plus Conservatoire training; he also has a PCCE and a full DBS.

He explains: “Having just become a parent myself, I realised that it can be expensive for families and that’s the reason I wanted to do something to make music more accessible for Bristol families without compromising on lesson quality. You don’t even need to invest in an instrument to get started – guitars are provided!” 

Jonathan also provides one-to-one lessons from his home and studio in Kings Weston.
