Lifeboat: A Peer Support Service for Perinatal Mental Distress

Are you struggling with your mental health, during pregnancy, birth or beyond? Lifeboat‘s Peer Support Service can support you on your journey to recovery.
Created to raise awareness of anxiety and depression related to pregnancy or birth, Lifeboat also offers an individual peer support service for parents and their partners.

Founded by two parents who have lived experience of perinatal mental distress, Lifeboat offers empathy, understanding, non-judgement, plus useful support and guidance on how to manage mental distress.
Lifeboat can visit you in your own home, meet with you in the community, or call you over the phone or online, whichever is your preference.
