I wanted to let you know about The Lotus Group, a women-only peer support group for women who have experienced abuse.

It provides a safe and welcoming environment, and to maintain this space, attendees are asked that no men enter the building during group times.

A hot meal is provided, along with the opportunity to take part in a supportive six-week course designed to support wellbeing and recovery.

Day and Time:
Every Thursday from 12.30-2.30pm.
