Summer Holiday Activities for Kids at Stonebury Learning Forest School

st 4

Not sure what to do with the kids over the Summer?

Book in to Stonebury Learning Forest School for a day or two to get your kids out of the house and into the woods. They will be sent home happy, inspired and exhausted at the end of the day!

st 2

Stonebury Learning’s brilliant woodland sessions run throughout the Summer holidays and will suit the Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire term dates.

A day in the woods can be 9am – 3pm or just 10am – 2pm if you think your younger children would like a bit of adventure.

School Holiday Adventures are suited to unaccompanied children of primary school age (as long as they can use the woodland loo on their own!) and families with children of all ages.

Forest School Adventures are composed of elements of woodworking, den building, story-telling, game-playing and crafts every day.

There will also be independent explorations in the woodland with activities such as treasure hunts and nature investigations.

st 1

Snacks are prepared out of doors or over a campfire and children are given opportunities to work cooperatively to prepare these things – all attendees will need to bring a packed lunch.
