There’s lots to do for children and families this weekend in Bristol!
Firstly on Saturday it’s this year’s Bristol Doors Open Day which gives you a once a year chance to look behind closed doors and discover the hidden treasures of 70 venues across Bristol for free! I have included a few of the Bristol open Doors days events but you can see the full list here.
As well as Bristol Doors Open Day, there’s a bat walk, miniature train rides, Festival of Nature, Make Sunday Special event, Sunday market, Party in the Park, live music, butter making, a run especially for children and families and much more!

A Wild Day on Horfield Common!
Join FOHC for this fantastic family event! Jam-packed with nature-themed activities, this Wild Day on Horfield Common will include the chance to take part in a bug-hunt, pond-dipping activities and a programme of wildlife-themed arts. There will also be wild food, tree and wildlife walks.
This event is free and suitable for all ages.
