If you are looking to do something a bit different with your children in the run-up to Christmas, why not take them to the Brailsford Lights Christmas display in Brentry?

Originally started by Lee Brailsford at his family’s house at 16 Trevisa Grove, Brentry back on Boxing Day 1994 when Lee purchased some half-priced lights in a sale at B & Q, the display of Christmas lights on his house and in his garden has steadily grown over the years.

What’s more, for several years now, Lee and his family have been using the display to raise money for charity. This year they are again raising money for the Wallace and Gromit Grand Appeal at Bristol Children’s Hospital and to date, well over £30,000 has been raised!

The Brailsford lights really are a sight to behold!
