Calling all Pokemon Go fans! This Bank Holiday Monday in Kingswood Park it will be Pokemonday – an event dedicated to Pokemon!

The family-friendly event has been organised by Friends of Kingswood Park, BS15 4AD and will run from 11am until 3pm, with lures set every hour from 11am – 2pm.

And as well as Pokemon hunting, there will also be a wonderful treasure hunt around the park and face painting for younger children to enjoy.

Pokemonday will be free to enter but some activities will be charged with all proceeds will go towards the park’s fundraising scheme, ‘Make My Play’, to buy new equipment in the play area.

There will be refreshments throughout Pokemonday to keep energy levels up, such as ice creams and candy floss – all essential requirements for successful Pokemon hunting.
