This Saturday at The Greenway Centre in Southmead, there will be a Single Parents Fair, a free event especially for lone parents and their children.

The event will be held from 10am – 1pm and will be packed full of amazing activities for both children and adults to enjoy, all of which are completely free!

While the children get stuck in to the inflatables, sports and craft activities on offer, mums and dads can relax and enjoy some activities just for them.

Such activities for parents include being pampered, having their hair done, hand therapy, getting their bike fixed and cake! There will also be advice stalls should parents be in need of advice and support.

The event has been organised by Reach and volunteers from churches in North Bristol and is a regular event held to recognise the single parents in Bristol and to give them the opportunity to be pampered and have a fun day out with their children.

All lone dads and mums and their children are welcome along. You can find The Greenway Centre on Doncaster Road, Southmead BS10 5PY.
