On Monday 2nd January there will be a handling session organised by Viaduct Animal Sanctuary, a not for profit organisation that rescues and rehabilitates all kinds of animals.
The event will take place from 11 – 3pm and children will get a chance to meet and handle many of the sanctuary’s rescued exotic animals including snakes, lizards, insects, spiders and many more!
Tea and coffee will be served throughout the day and indoor facilities will be available in the event of wet weather.
The event will be £1.50 per person which will go directly towards the upkeep of the sanctuary and care of the animals that live there.
This event is a drop-in session so families can arrive whenever convenient for them – no booking is required.
You can find the event at Viaduct Animal Sanctuary, Badminton Road Coalpit Heath BS36 2QB.
