On Thursday 26th July children can explore the wonderful world of the rainforest through free storytelling sessions at three Bristol libraries.
‘Tales of Mischief, Magic and a little bit of Mayhem’ will be held by a renowned Bristol storyteller at Central Library, Bishopston Library and Bedminster Library.
The themed storytelling sessions celebrate the national Summer Reading Challenge, a free activity for Summer Reading Challenge which takes place every year during the summer holidays.
Children can sign up at your local library, then read six library books of their choice to complete the Challenge (or have six books read TO them if they are a bit younger). There are exclusive rewards to collect along the way, and it’s free to take part!
To reserve a place for your child at one of the three storytelling sessions on Thursday 26th July, you can book free tickets via Eventbrite.
Below are the times, venues and ticket links:
- Central Library, College Green, 10.30am – book free tickets
- Bishopston Library, Gloucester Road, 12 noon – book free tickets
- Bedminster Library, Bedminster Parade, 2.15pm – book free tickets
