On Saturday 20th October there will be an Open Day at HorseWorld, the Bristol-based charity in Whitchurch that saves mistreated and abandoned horses, ponies and donkeys.
Entrance is free and the open day is from 10.30am – 4pm. Children will be able to meet the rescued animals, enjoy a tractor safari around the 180 acre HorseWorld estate, plus there’ll be demonstrations and talks and a fun children’s trail.

It is requested that no dogs are brought to HorseWorld (apart from guide dogs and assistance dogs) as many of the horses at the charity not being used to dogs.
The charity does great work and has rehomed hundreds of horses, ponies and donkeys in the South-West.
It is free entry to the HorseWorld Charity Open Day, however, donations in one of the donation buckets will be of great help to the charity.
There will also be HorseWorld merchandise available to buy, with all profits also going to the charity.
HorseWorld is at Delmar Hall, Keynes Farm, Staunton Lane, Whitchurch, BS14 0QL. Parking is free.
