The Stars of Magic at The Redgrave Theatre: a magical extravaganza for families this Christmas!

If you are looking for a magical show in Bristol to take your children to this Christmas, look no further than The Stars of Magic at the Redgrave Theatre!

Taking place over four days between Christmas and New Year, you and your kids can escape the cold and dark for a magical extravaganza unlike anything you have seen before.

Stars of Magic will feature seven internationally renowned illusionists, each delivering a breath-taking performance to astonish and delight you and your children!

This includes the show-stopping performers, Matt McGurk and Katia who specialise in large-scale illusions, comedy genius Neal Austin who specialises in magical mayhem, plus the gifted Horret Wu from Taiwan who is a master of card magic and who won first prize at FISM (the magic olympics) for his ground-breaking magic!

The show also features the enchanting Huang Zheng who will render you speechless with her beautiful and unique magic act themed around air and wind and also the bonkers and brilliant Bruce Airhead who describes his act as “The Metamorphosis of a man and a six-foot balloon”.

Stars of Magic is produced by local legend and internationally renowned magician Rob James. Rob has spent 17 years performing full-time as a magician, is an Associate of the Inner Magic Circle and puts on the annual Stars of Magic show due to his love of magic and desire to bring the best of magic to Bristol.

Rob explains:

“I am thrilled to be putting on this show for my home crowd. I have worked hard to gather together a collection of truly impressive magicians for this show. I am actually jealous of the audience getting to see all of them for the first time, as it’s remarkable to watch. I also love that it’s perfect for the whole family; mums, dads, kids, grannies and grandads will all be enchanted.”

This will be the third year running that Rob has produced the Stars of Magic show at the Redgrave Theatre. For the past two years all the performances sold out as audiences came from all over the UK to see the acclaimed magic show.

Stars of Magic is ideal for children aged 5+ and comes to the Redgrave Theatre 27th-30th December 2018. The Redgrave Theatre is 2 Percival road, Clifton, BS8 3LE.
