On Saturday 5th October it will be Bristol Fungus Day at Arnos Vale Cemetery, a free fungi-filled fun event!

The event is aimed at all ages and is open to anyone with an interest in the fascinating world of fungi. The day will be educational, fun packed and enlightening!

There will be kid’s activities, storytelling from the wealth of fungi folklore, performances and forays to find urban mushrooms around the amazing Arnos Vale Cemetery.

There’ll also be cultivation workshops for growing your own, weird and wonderful fungi artefacts, projections, a chance to try and buy unusual cultivated fungi, and much more!

The event takes place from 10am-4pm and runs on a free, drop-in basis. Find Arnos Vale on Bath Road, Bristol, BS4 3EW.
