Bristol Libraries is to host a new Journalling for Wellbeing workshop on Wednesday 3rd February at 2pm.
The aim of the free workshop is to encourage and enable you to start a journal to benefit your mental health and wellbeing.
Organisers will be providing time and space, plus writing prompts to give you a quiet space in which to reflect. All you need is a pen, paper or something to write with or on and you are not required to share your work unless you wish to.
