On Wednesday 5th August Playday 2026 is coming to Bristol!

A free national event for children, this year’s Playday will be taking place at the Ardagh on Horfield Common in BS6, Eastville Park in BS5, and Redcatch Community Garden in BS4 between 11am to 3pm.

There will be loads of free fun-filled activities including arts and crafts, building a cardboard city, music, circus, games, cricket and much more!

This year’s Playday theme is ‘Play – Here, There and Everywhere’ and highlights the importance of creating opportunities for children to play wherever they are, be it their living rooms, street, local park, at the school gates, or in their neighbourhood.

A free event, children and their parents and carers can drop-in between 11am and 3pm at any of the locations mentioned above; you can see specific post codes in the poster below.
