Kidical Mass returns to Bristol: Saturday 19 September 🚲

If your children love cycling, scooting or simply making lots of noise on their bikes, they might enjoy Kidical Mass, which is returning to Bristol this Saturday 19 September.

Kidical Mass is a family-friendly bike ride around Bristol city centre, giving children the chance to cycle together on a marshalled route, with music, activities and plenty of bell-ringing along the way!

The idea is to give children the chance to enjoy getting around their city by bike and to highlight the importance of safe routes for children to walk, wheel and cycle.

The ride will start and finish at Queen Square at 11am, with families taking part in a relaxed ride around the city centre. Children are encouraged to get involved, make some noise and enjoy having the streets to themselves for a while.

There are also feeder rides from different parts of Bristol, so families can cycle to the event together. These include rides from St Werburgh’s, Easton, Ashton, Windmill Hill, Brislington, Kingswood and St George.
