This Saturday at Montpelier Park, there will be an afternoon of fun for families at the Montpelier Bean Feast.
And, as well as live music, crafts for sale, veggie swap, delicious hot food and a clothes freecycle, there will be free creative workshops for both children and grown-ups to enjoy.
The free creative workshops include making Scrap Sculptures out of unused and unloved materials, creating amazing Pompom Headresses, plus Pimp My Bag – an opportunity to make any boring reusable bags that you have lying around at home into unique items of wonder!
This will be done by painting, sticking, sewing, glitter and more!
Mosaic artist Caroline Caswell will also be at the Montpelier Bean Feast, leading a drop-in workshop creating a community mosaic for the wall of the basketball court in the park.
All are welcome along to The Montpelier Bean Feast, it will be a great way to celebrate Montpelier and its fantastic community!
The Montpelier Bean Feast will run from 1 – 6pm on Saturday 17th September and you can find Montpelier Park on St Andrew’s Road, Montpelier BS6 5EF.
