Upfest 2017 – free street art & graffiti festival fun for families this weekend!

This weekend Bedminster will be awash with colour and creativity with Upfest 2017, Europe’s largest free street art and graffiti festival!

From Saturday to Monday, over 350 artists from all over the world will live paint in 37 locations from Ashton Gate Stadium all the way up East Street, including side streets, main roads and parks.

Art work will range from small stencils and stickers to huge boards and giant murals and there’ll also be live entertainment, an arts fair, plus lots of great free activities for kids.

Ashton Gate Stadium will be the biggest area of the festival with more than 100 artists live painting both inside and outside the stadium.

Activities for kids include a Morph Making Workshop, rainbow coloured bubble making, rock guitar workshops, Bordeaux-themed cardboard medals, shadow puppets and a doodle wall – check out the full list of activities here.

Upfest 2017 takes place in Bedminster, Bristol from 11am – 4pm on Saturday 29th – Monday 31st July and is free – no booking needed.
