Today a new Stick Man Trail has been launched at Windmill Hill City Farm, a free outdoor activity for children aged 3 – 7.
The farm has today also unveiled its very own 6 foot tall Stick Man!
Inspired by the popular children’s book, Stick Man by Julia Donaldson, the self-guided interactive trail has been created with the aim of encouraging children to get out and about in the Great Outdoors to explore the natural world.
The trail enables children to go off on an adventure around the farm with the character using brightly-coloured boards featuring Stick Man and other characters from the book, as well as a Stick Man activity pack.
The trail will help children to learn how things grow and even discover a few bugs and beasties along the way!
Once they have completed the trail, children will be able to claim a special reward!
And as well as the new Stick Man Trail, there will be other Stick Man-inspired activities taking place around the farm for children, such as Stick Man storytelling and arts and crafts.
Windmill Hill City Farm is an amazing place to visit with children of any age and includes a great range of farm animals, many of which children can feed themselves.
The farm also includes lots of hidden creative surprises for children to find along the way!
