On Thursday 28th June Freelance Mum, Faye Dicker, will be hosting National Freelancers Day at Windmill Hill City Farm.
Taking place from 10am – 4pm, the event will have a mini festival vibe celebrating all things freelance with many fun activities taking place all over the farm!
There will also be many stalls, showcasing products and services of fab freelancers!
All are welcome to come along to join in the fun, whether self-employed, or otherwise.
And, of course, children are very welcome too!
Timetable of Activities
10am – 12 noon:
Set yourself up for success and get ready to take the next step.
Linda Davies-Carr kicks off the morning session, in her no-nonsense style to make sure everyone is ready for success! Plus, in true Freelance Mum style, there will be a netwalk around the farm!
12 – 1pm:
There will be entertainment from The Business Choir as they make their first live performance!
1 – 3pm:
‘How to Build Your Dream Team – The value of others, as a freelancer’ – guest panel.
In keeping with the World Cup, the importance of building your dream team will be discussed with an impressive panel of guests:
- Fiona Scott: PR power house and journalist
- Greg Cooper: LinkedIn genius and Front of Mind Coach
- Darren Clark: Serial entrepreneur, growth coach from Spotless Group.
- Each will have a 10 minute speaker slot, followed by your questions and answers.
On the day you can buy lunch at the award-winning café at Windmill Hill City Farm, or you can bring a picnic to enjoy at the farm.
