On the evening of Thursday 4th October there will be a FREE outdoor screening Hidden Figures at Millennium Square’s Big Screen Bristol.

The PG-rated film is about how three female African-American mathematicians changed the world while playing a vital role in the US Space Program.

This film screening is organised as part of the We The Curious programme, based on the question ‘What if I could change the world?’​ and as part of its Black History Month celebrations.

It is also part of the Big Screen programming for World Space Week from the 4-10 October, including ORBIT – A Journey Around Earth in Real Time.

All are welcome along, no booking is required. Deckchair seating is limited, so feel free to bring along your own blankets/camping chairs/beanbags!

And don’t forget to dress for the weather – waterproof and warm clothing just in case!
