Bristol Open Doors 2019: exploring & discovering our hidden city!

It will soon be Bristol Open Doors 2019, a free annual 3-day event which sees over 75 historic buildings in Bristol usually closed to the public open their doors to visitors.

It’s a once a year chance to discover forgotten spaces, heritage places and beautiful buildings with your kids!

This year some of the spaces open include Blaise Castle Folly, Redcliffe Caves, Bristol Synagogue, Bristol Waste Company, Filton Airfield, Thrive Renewables and Puppet Place.

And, as well as the opportunity to visit many amazing spaces, there will also be hands-on workshops, talks and expert-led tours!

Bristol Open Doors 2019 takes place on Friday 13th, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September.

All venues are completely free to visit, however some require prior booking.
