The Blind Tiger Cub: A Show with a Difference for Children at Bristol Old Vic

This month children are invited to both entertain and be entertained in The Blind Tiger Cub, an exciting show with a difference and one of many fantastic shows featured in this year’s Mayfest.

The Blind Tiger Cub is a speakeasy open-mic cabaret reimagined for little people which is being held at Bristol Old Vic. Children aged 4 years and over are invited to come down into the tiger’s den and do a turn. If they prefer they can simply just hang out but it’s much more fun to join in!

A free show, The Blind Tiger Cub will be held over two weekends: Saturday 16th – Sunday 17th May and Saturday 23rd – Sunday 24th May. Refreshments will also be available.

It promises to be a relaxed environment where all children will need to bring with them is a sense of humour.

The Blind Tiger Cub is one of many shows included in this year’s Mayfest, Bristol’s unique annual festival of contemporary theatre, which runs from 14th – 24th May.

Mayfest is dedicated to presenting a broad range of unusual, playful and ambitious work from leading theatre makers from Bristol, the UK and beyond.
