The RSPCA Bristol Dogs and Cats Home is opening its doors for one special day to give children and families a glimpse behind the scenes!
The Open Doors and Dogs Home Tours Day will be on Sunday 21st May from 10.30am – 3pm and all are invited.
Families will gain a special insight in to the work that is done at both the Clinic and the Dogs and Cats Home, as well as enjoying guided talks, tours, stalls, games, refreshments and other fun for all the family.
Children are also invited to bring their favourite fluffy toy in and the clinic staff will show them how to bandage it just like they bandage the RSPCA’s dogs and cats!
The charity is also looking for some volunteers to help on the day. Could you lend a hand for a few hours? Please contact grace@rspca-bristol.org.uk if so.
All proceeds from the day go to RSPCA Bristol Dogs and Cats Home which provides care, shelter and a rehoming service for nearly 2,000 unwanted dogs, cats and small animals every year.
Entry on the day is £2 per adult and £1 per child. You can find RSPCA Bristol Dogs and Cats Home at 48 Albert Road, St Philips, BS2 0XA.
