On Thursday 8th March there will be free activities at Filwood Community Centre to celebrate International Women’s Day.

The community centre, located in Knowle West, will be offering free taster sessions, workshops, stalls and free food. Lucienne Boyce, author of the book, The Bristol Suffragettes, will also be there as a guest speaker.

The event will take place from 10am – 4pm and all are welcome. No booking is required, just drop in. Everything is free.
