It’s official… Sing and Sign ‘Babes’ classes are coming to Zoom!

Babes classes are gentle and specifically about parent/baby bonding and designed for infants 0-6 months.

Using the magic ingredients of music and singing, you will learn how to stimulate your baby’s brain development using eye contact, repetition, anticipation, gesture, peek-a-boo and Jessie Cat, as well as learn some basic signing.

Babes is delivered via Zoom on Wednesdays at 11am.  Classes start on Wednesday 8th July and cost £15 for four classes, each of which lasts about 30-35 minutes.  I strongly urge every family to select the Jessie Cat Song book with CDs/Track Downloads when they book in order to repeat the songs daily at home. It costs £15 and will either be delivered personally or will be posted to you.

Babes are lovely classes and deliver well over Zoom.  A “baby sandwich” is created, with your baby facing you and away from the screen. You watch the teacher on the screen and then deliver face to face your baby. You can even wear a headphone in one ear if you don’t want your baby to be distracted by our voice.  Other families members are encouraged to join in as well – something that would not be able to happen in face-to-face classes!

Babes classes are multi-sensory but not multi-equipment.  YOU are the most important thing to your baby and the most interesting and engaging.  Sing and Sign Babes helps strengthen that connection.
